Already being seventy-five percent into my ninth-grade year of Episcopal High School, it's time I've become more analytical with my decisions as a student as I am currently not. I can reach my full potential in academia when I finish assignments approximately two days before the projected due date. This allows me to be more flexible as a person and increased opportunities for leisure. As a reader, I've become more observant of the structure and word choice used, although these seemingly have no significant value, doing this has helped me become aware of writing tactics. As a writer, I feel on any given day if I had the compassion to write a paper I could write an "A worthy" essay, poem, or personal narrative. Yet I'm struggling to find the compassion and find myself reverting to my careless writing that continuously fails to impress, proving to be mediocre.
As a student, I'm hoping to become more compliant and to maintain a strong work ethic. The formation of an organized schedule would only do me better, so that has to come into the game. As a reader, I have to experience the fluidity of the work and embrace the meaning of the writing; I do this by reading the work once and admiring the writing, then the second time, begin to analyze the work. As a writer, I have to develop an extensive vocabulary, so I will be taking an advantage of vocabulary.com.
