Skyrim

Reflect on your most memorable week-end, what happened?

My most memorable week-end was when a beloved video game named Skyrim was released. I remember anxiously waiting with my hands glued to the controller, but my eyes glued to the online store. Waiting for the release, waiting for the unforgettable theme music and the vast virtual nature to be explored. I occasionally glanced at my watch, unfazed by the time, all my problems would seemingly disappear when the game released, or so I thought. Minutes that seemed like hours passed, the game was finally released.

Immersed in my game experience it was vivid, intense, emotional, and packed, but what was happening in reality was the opposite, quiet, lonely, and calm. Every peek of my watch was strange, minutes seemed like seconds. I was conflicted at the thought of how time works with experiences. I have had very memorable week-ends, but this one in particular was the best of many.

  1. While I was reading this, I felt like I was standing there witnessing all of this. You use great details and have good word choice.

  3. I'm confused. Are you referring to the version of Skyrim released in 2011 or the remastered version that came out very recently?
